The authenticity of halal meat is a global issue because pork adulteration occurs. Certain religions, such as Islam and Judaism, prohibit the use of pork in food products. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the volume of trypsin with 10, 50 and 100 μL (20 μg/100 μL) and the digestion time from overnight to 30-120 min to establish a fast and straightforward procedure on proteomic analysis for halal authentication of meat and meat products.

Patients from religious minorities can face unique challenges reconciling their beliefs with the values that undergird Western Medical Ethics. This paper explores homologies between approaches of Orthodox Judaism and Islam to medical ethics, and how these religions' moral codes differ from the prevailing ethos in medicine. Through analysis of religious and biomedical literature, this work examines how Jewish and Muslim religious observances affect decisions about genetic counseling, reproductive health, pediatric medicine, mental health, and end-of-life decisions.

The interest in the Mediterranean diet has grown considerably due to its potential health benefits on the prevention of diverse age-related chronic diseases and its association with longevity. This dietary pattern, considered among the healthiest in the world, is not simply a combination of healthy foods but goes further in its historical and cultural roots. Mediterranean diet is not intrinsically tied to any specific religion or spiritual system, but its cultural and geographical context has influenced the dietary practices of its inhabitants, encompassing the history of Western civilization and of the three Monotheistic religions Christianity, Judaism, and Islam.

This paper attempts to evaluate how massive religious festival celebrations can encourage the faster spread of any pandemic according to our problem statement, such as the case of COVID-19. For example, we evaluate Israel's three major religions, namely Judaism, Christianity, and the Islamic festival celebrations, respectively. Firstly, we have the traditional Jewish festivities such as Hanukkah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, and Rosh Hashanah.

Religions shape the economic attitudes of their congregations. Thus, in a country where a particular faith dominates the economic ideas of that faith will significantly influence its economic growth and the health and well-being of its population. Using an extensive bibliographic review, this article analyses the economic impact of four major religions (Christianity, Judaism, Islam, and Buddhism) and studies the channels through which religion exerts its economic influence.
