Background: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a chronic inflammatory lung disease with high morbidity and mortality worldwide. Observational studies have shown correlations between common extrapulmonary comorbidities and COPD, but the existence of correlations does not necessarily prove a causal association. Background: To further understand the complex relationship between Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and ischemic stroke, this study explores the role of genetic factors in the comorbidity of these two conditions.
Methods: Based on large-scale available Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS) for OSA and ischemic stroke, we conducted a multi-level cross-trait analysis. First, we utilized Linkage Disequilibrium Score Regression (LDSC) to analyze the genetic correlation between the two diseases.

Methods: This study uses publicly available panel data from China for the years 2015-2022. It employs the entropy method to measure the weights of various indicators in the digital economy and older adult care services.
