Motivation: CoCo, ChIP-on-Chip online, is an open-source web application that supports the annotation and curation of regulatory regions and associated target genes discovered in ChIP-on-chip experiments. CoCo integrates ChIP-on-chip results with diverse types of gene expression data (expression profiling, in situ hybridization) and displays them within a genomic context. Regulatory relationships between the transcription factor-bound regions and putative target genes can be stored and expanded throughout different sessions.

With the continuous development of Terahertz technology and its high sensitivity to water, Terahertz technology has been widely applied in various research areas within the field of biomedicine, such as research onskin wounds and burns, demonstrating numerous advantages and potential. The aim of this study is to summarize and conclude the current research status of Terahertz radiation in skin wounds, burns, and melanoma. Additionally, it seeks toreveal the development status of Terahertz in skin wound models and analyze the short comings of Terahertz in detecting such models at the present stage.

Background: Perineural invasion (PNI) in colorectal cancer (CRC) is a significant prognostic factor associated with poor outcomes. Radiomics, which involves extracting quantitative features from medical imaging, has emerged as a potential tool for predicting PNI. This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of radiomics models in predicting PNI in CRC.

Objective: To explore the current research status and trends of potassium-competitive acid blockers (P-CABs) in the treatment of acid related diseases (ARDs) using bibliometric analysis.
Materials And Methods: We collected publications related to P-CAB in the treatment of acid-related diseases in the Web of Science (WOS) Core Collection from the establishment of the database to 30 June 2024. We evaluated the publication volume and citation status over the years using the WOS platform, and visualized the authors, countries, institutions, keywords, and citations of the publications using CiteSpace and VOSviewer.

Introduction: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is essential for brain imaging, but conventional methods rely on qualitative contrast, are time-intensive, and prone to variability. Magnetic resonance finger printing (MRF) addresses these limitations by enabling fast, simultaneous mapping of multiple tissue properties like T1, T2. Using dynamic acquisition parameters and a precomputed signal dictionary, MRF provides robust, qualitative maps, improving diagnostic precision and expanding clinical and research applications in brain imaging.
