Angioedema is characterized by transient, episodic, nonpruritic, nonpitting and well-defined edema that involves the subcutaneous or submucosal tissue, and most commonly develops in the head and neck region. Angioedema is caused by extravasation of plasma into the interstitial space of the affected tissue. We describe a six-year-old boy who developed oral and penile angioedema subsequent to the ingestion of peanuts.

Introduction: Recurrent priapism is a rare variant of ischemic priapism that involves recurrent erections typically lasting less than 4 h. The primary goal of treatment is to prevent future episodes, with options ranging from pharmacological treatments to various surgeries.
Case Presentation: A 38-year-old man experienced multiple episodes of priapism that were refractory to angioembolization of an arteriocavernous fistula and oral treatment with Cetirizine and Bicalutamide.
Purpose Of Review: Peyronie's disease characterizes a condition in which there is angular curvature of the penis. We know that the most patients with Peyronie's disease will not have spontaneous resolution of their penile curvature. As such, patients who desire treatment can elect for either surgical or nonsurgical therapy.
