In coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) on pump, achieving optimal visualization is critical for surgical precision and safety. The use of blowers to clear the CABG anastomosis poses risks, including the formation of micro-embolic gas bubbles, which can be insidious and increase the risk of cerebral or myocardial complications. This retrospective study compares the effectiveness of the use of irrigation mist and CO versus a direct CO blower without irrigation in terms of visualization, postoperative fibrillation, and micro-embolic gas activity.

Background: Regenerative endodontics' primary objective is to establish a favorable environment in the root canal by removing infection, providing a sturdy scaffold, and sealing the apical end of the tooth tightly. These actions should promote pulp regeneration and root development.
Aim: This study evaluated histologically the regenerative potential of injectable hyaluronic acid (HA) hydrogel or collagen with blood clot as scaffolds during revascularization of immature necrotic dog's teeth.
Photothermal-responsive nanocomposite injectable hydrogel capable of programed peroxidase-mimicking catalysis and immunomodulation and revascularization enables efficient drug-resistant bacterial elimination and comprehensive tissue regeneration.

The efficacy of intravenous alteplase before thrombectomy for such patients is unknown.
