This letter compares the clinical efficacy and economic feasibility of the scoliocorrector fatma-UI (SCFUI) with direct vertebral rotation (DVR) in treating adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS). SCFUI has shown promising results in three-dimensional spinal correction, providing superior rotational alignment compared to DVR and achieving significant improvements in coronal and sagittal planes. Additionally, SCFUI's advanced design reduces risks associated with AIS surgeries and enhances overall patient outcomes.

Background: Athlete burnout represents a critical concern in sports psychology, significantly affecting athletes' well-being and performance. This study examined the relationships among psychological capital, coping strategies, perceived stress, and athlete burnout.
Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 344 athletes, and data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 25.

Background: In this study, we explored changes to female medical staff's health status under the influence of care guilt in the process of balancing work and family care responsibilities. The mediating role of time pressure within this nexus was examined, and an ideal concept derived from the Confucian cultural context, "Zhong-yong," was investigated as a moderator of the impact of care guilt on health status.
Method: A questionnaire survey of 407 full-time female medical staff with family care needs, recruited using convenience sampling from eight hospitals in China, was conducted.

Background: Although abortion was completely decriminalized in Canada 36 years ago, barriers to pregnancy prevention and termination persist across the country, such as travel and information gaps. Research demonstrates incarcerated people face barriers to family planning care, yet there is no systematic data collection of sexual and reproductive health experiences and outcomes among incarcerated people in Canada. The aim of this study was to explore family planning care experiences among women and gender diverse people who have experienced incarceration in Canada.
