Glycinamide ribonucleotide formyltransferase (GARFT) is an important enzyme in the folate metabolism pathway, and chemical drugs targeting GARFT have been used in tumor treatments over the past few decades. The development of novel antimetabolism drugs that target GARFT with improved performance and superior activity remains an attractive strategy. Herein, we proposed a targeted double-template molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) for enhancing macrophage phagocytosis and synergistic antimetabolic therapy.

In order to effectively remove grease for the detection of sulfonamides, a non-toxic and low-cost hierarchical porous zirconia material was synthesized using the dual template method. The lipid impurities in an animal-derived food matrix can be absorbed by hierarchical zirconia. A ZrO prepolymer was synthesized by mixing amphiphilic triblock copolymer poly(ethylene glycol)--poly(propylene glycol)--poly(ethylene glycol) (P123) with tannin extract as the double template and Zr(SO) as the metal source.

In this study, we added ZrO₂ and Y₂O₃ to stabilize the anatase TiO₂ phase at higher temperatures. Composite mesoporous TiO₂/ZrO₂/Y₂O₃ (TZY) oxides were prepared by a sol-gel method, and triblockcopolymer P123 and PEG was used as templates. The properties of the synthesized materials were characterized using X-Ray diffraction (XRD), Raman scattering, N₂ adsorption/desorption, and UV-Visible spectrophotometry (UV-Vis) methods et al.
