Lysine were absent in the summer but were registered in autumn at + 4 degrees C, and their concentration increased at 0 degrees C to reach 20.5+/-1.2 mkmole/100 ml. On the stage of deep hypobiosis, the concentration of free all amino acids abruptly decreased.
