Cystic lesions of the pancreas are increasingly identified because of advances in imaging techniques. The cystic lesions are of different types and are classified as neoplastic, nonneoplastic, and developmental types. Identification of the nature of these cystic lesions is very important because the course and treatment of disparate types of cysts are different. Here, we describe, for the first time, mesothelial cyst involving the pancreas in a 36-year-old man. Distal pancreatectomy showed a 3-cm unilocular cyst containing clear fluid. The cyst was lined by flat to cuboidal epithelium surrounded by fibrous tissue. The lining epithelial cells were positive for vimentin, thrombomodulin, cytokeratin 5/6, and calretinin, thus confirming the mesothelial nature of the cells.

Background: Pancreatic enucleation is indicated for selected patients and tumours with very low oncological risk to preserve a maximum of healthy pancreatic parenchyma. Minimally invasive pancreatic enucleation (MIPE) is increasingly performed. This study aims to assess the impact of tumor location and center experience on textbook outcomes (TBO) in patients undergoing MIPE.

Common pancreatobiliary epithelial malignancies such as pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma and gallbladder carcinoma have poor prognosis. A small but significant portion of these malignancies arise from mass-forming grossly and radiologically visible premalignant epithelial neoplasms in the pancreatobiliary tree. Several lesions, including a few recently described entities, fall under this category and predominantly include papillary epithelial lesions with or without mucin production.

Purpose: The purpose of this manuscript is to report a rare case of an orbital cyst detected intrauterine with sonography.
Observation: A 23-year-old female presented for routine prenatal monitoring when an orbital cyst was detected with a transabdominal ultrasound. Uncomplicated cesarean section was performed at 38 weeks gestation with proptosis of the left globe being noted on ophthalmic examination of the newborn.

The aim of this study is to describe genotype and phenotype of patients with bestrophinopathy. The case records were reviewed retrospectively, findings of multimodal imaging such as color fundus photograph, optical coherence tomography (OCT), fundus autofluorescence, electrophysiological, and genetic tests were noted. Twelve eyes of six patients from distinct Indian families with molecular diagnosis were enrolled.
