Article Abstract
We report seven cases of renal cell carcinoma in workers diagnosed with occupational exposure via skin contact and inhalation to industrial solvents containing benzene. The clinical significance of these cases are: (a) all seven patients diagnosed with kidney cancer were seen by private physicians who missed addressing occupational history to industrial solvents; (b) emphasize the importance of taking an in-depth history including occupational history in any patient presented to the clinician, especially like in these cases, kidney cancer; and (c) demonstrate the importance of educating workers. We believe that there exist more patients with renal cancer whose diagnosis has been rendered "idiopathic" due to the lack of detailed occupational, environmental, personal, and family history.

Immunocompromised individuals were considered high-risk for severe disease due to SARS COV-2 infection. This study aimed to describe the safety of two doses of COVID-19 adsorbed inactivated vaccine (CoronaVac; Sinovac/Butantan), followed by additional doses of mRNA BNT162b2 (Pfizer/BioNTech) in immunocompromised (IC) adults, compared to immunocompetent/healthy (H) individuals. This phase 4, multicenter, open label study included solid organ transplant and hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients, cancer patients and people with inborn errors of immunity with defects in antibody production, rheumatic, end-stage chronic kidney or liver disease, who were enrolled in the IC group.

Background: Labial adhesion (LA) is a total or partial labial fusion mostly seen in pre-pubertal children and is rare in premenopausal and postmenopausal periods. This review aimed to evaluate risk factors for labial fusion and the recurrence rate following surgical intervention in postmenopausal women.
Methods: According to PRISMA guidelines, international databases including Embase, World Cat, Web of Science, Scopus, Dimension, Open Grey, Cochrane, Google Scholar, and also PubMed gateway for PMC and MEDLINE were searched.
