This paper describes the use of the EU Leonardo Program to arrange a visit of a team of Slovenian Mental Health Professionals to the UK to learn the basic tenets of Community Mental Health. The project is described, as are a number of methods by which the Learning Experience was Assessed. The results of this program are interpreted in terms of theory of Adult Learning. It was found that the Leonardo EU program was useful in teaching Community Mental Health.
