Emphysematous polycystic renal infection (EPRI) has a poor prognosis with conservative management, and early surgical nephrectomy has been recommended. Introduction: Immunotherapy has transformed cancer treatment, particularly with immune checkpoint inhibitors and chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy. Despite their efficacy, these therapies can induce cardiotoxicity, presenting significant clinical challenges. Immune checkpoint inhibitors can cause myocarditis; pericarditis; arrhythmias; and myocardial infarction through immune-mediated inflammation.

With an incidence of 2-5 per million adults, cerebral venous and sinus thrombosis (CVST) is a rarity in the spectrum of cerebrovascular diseases. The etiology and symptomatic presentation are heterogeneous and diverse. CSVT is, therefore, often underdiagnosed.
