Object: To obtain values of normal human lung and diffuse pathological changes, in order to provide a simple and convenient diagnostic method for measuring human visceral organs in the autopsy of pathology and forensic pathology.
Methods: The exact mass, volume and density of normal and pathological lung were synchronously measured with the intelligentized volume-densimeter made by authors.
Results: The date-base about the volume and density of human lung with different races were established for anatomy, anthropology and biodynamics. In two cases of over-load in circulation and water toxicosis, the severe lung edema was proved with the scale of lung density, which was atypical edema in the lung tissue.
Conclusion: Measurement of visceral organs in the autopsy can assist to an integrative pathological diagnosis.

Electrochromic (EC) materials based on ion insertion/desertion mechanisms provide a possibility for energy storage. Solution-processable energy storage EC polyamides have great potential for use in smart displays and EC supercapacitors. A suitable monomer structure design is particularly important for enhancing the electrochemical properties of polyamides.

Purpose: Epicardial adipose tissue (EAT) could contribute to the specific atherosclerosis profile observed in premature coronary artery disease (pCAD) characterized by accelerated plaque burden (calcified and non-calcified), high risk plaque features (HRP) and ischemic recurrence. Our aims were to describe EAT volume and density in pCAD compared to asymptomatic individuals matched on CV risk factors and to study their relationship with coronary plaque severity extension and vulnerability.
Materials And Methods: 208 patients who underwent coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) were analyzed.
In this paper, we attempt to answer two questions: 1) which regions of the human brain, in terms of morphometry, are most strongly related to individual differences in domain-general cognitive functioning ( )? and 2) what are the underlying neurobiological properties of those regions? We meta-analyse vertex-wise -cortical morphometry (volume, surface area, thickness, curvature and sulcal depth) associations using data from 3 cohorts: the UK Biobank (UKB), Generation Scotland (GenScot), and the Lothian Birth Cohort 1936 (LBC1936), with the meta-analytic = 38,379 (age range = 44 to 84 years old). These morphometry associations vary in magnitude and direction across the cortex (|β| range = -0.12 to 0.

To address this gap, we chart longitudinal changes in brain structure during pregnancy and explore potential mechanisms driving these changes.

Sodium MRI can measure sodium concentrations in people with multiple sclerosis, but the extent to which these alterations reflect metabolic dysfunction in the absence of tissue damage or neuroaxonal loss remains uncertain. Increases in total sodium concentration and extracellular sodium concentration are believed to be indicative of tissue disruption and extracellular space expansion. Conversely, increase in intracellular sodium concentration may represent early and transient responses to neuronal insult, preceding overt tissue damage.
