Background: Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) can increase fluid retention and the risk of heart failure (HF). Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) is known to increase the risk of cardiac disease, including HF. As part of a modern multimodal pain protocol, NSAIDs are commonly used in total knee arthroplasty (TKA), but the risk of NSAID use in TKA for T2DM patients is not well understood.

<b>Introduction:</b> The Ready for Safe Cancer Treatment (RESET) tool is a structured, multimodal program designed to optimize hospitalization and enhance the quality of perioperative care for oncological patients. While RESET has been developed as a general framework for surgical oncology, its adaptation to Head and Neck Cancer (HNC) patients remains unexplored despite their unique physiological and psychological needs. HNC patients frequently face severe functional impairments affecting speech, swallowing, and respiration, as well as heightened nutritional deficiencies, sarcopenia, and psychological distress.

Objective: The study aimed to investigate the diagnostic value of F-AlF-NOTA-Pentixafor PET/CT in subtyping primary aldosteronism (PA).
Methods: This study enrolled 88 patients with PA or nonfunctional adenoma (NFA) for F-Pentixafor PET/CT scan. Of these, 20 patients underwent adrenal venous sampling (AVS), and 65 underwent adrenalectomy and postoperative follow-up.

Objective: Brucellosis-induced aortic aneurysm (BIA), as a rare yet highly life-threatening type of infectious aortic aneurysm, currently lacks standardized treatment protocols. The primary objective of this study is to thoroughly evaluate the safety and efficacy of endovascular therapy using a combination of covered stents and drug irrigation techniques for the treatment of BIA. This endeavor aims to provide a scientific basis for the clinical management of this disease.
