Fully fluorinated triazapentadienyl ligand [N{(C3F7)C(C6F5)N}2]- and the related [N{(C3F7)C(2-F,6-(CF3)C6H3)N}2]- have been synthesized in good yield via a convenient route and used in the isolation of three- and four-coordinate copper(I)-carbon monoxide complexes. They show fairly high nu(CO) values (>2100 cm(-1)), indicating the presence of electron-poor Cu sites. The copper(I)-ethylene adduct [N{(C3F7)C(C6F5)N}2]Cu(C2H4), featuring a three-coordinate Cu site, has also been synthesized using [N{(C3F7)C(C6F5)N}2]CuNCCH3 and C2H4.

Introduction: This review aims to synthesise research evidence regarding biomarkers in the synovial fluid that may predict the risk of post-traumatic osteoarthritis (PTOA) in young adults. Considering the high prevalence of knee joint injuries, particularly among youth sports athletes, this review will focus on anterior cruciate ligament and/or meniscal ruptures. These injuries are highly associated with PTOA, with studies indicating that even with surgical reconstruction, 50%-80% of affected individuals develop knee PTOA within a 10-year follow-up.

Endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EndMT) plays a crucial role in the initiation and progression of atherosclerosis and various disease processes. Cluster of differentiation 31 (CD31) is a significant marker in EndMT. Detecting CD31 is essential for early-stage monitoring of EndMT and diagnosing atherosclerosis.

In recent years, metal hydride research has become one of the driving forces of the high-pressure community, as it is believed to hold the key to superconductivity close to ambient temperature. While numerous novel metal hydride compounds have been reported and extensively investigated for their superconducting properties, little attention has been focused on the atomic and electronic states of hydrogen, the main ingredient in these novel compounds. Here, we present combined H- and La-NMR data on lanthanum superhydrides, LaH, (x = 10.

Purpose: This literature review aims to synthesise current research on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) for the segmentation of brain neuroanatomical structures in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
Methods: A literature search was conducted using the databases Embase, Medline, Scopus, and Web of Science, and captured articles were assessed for inclusion in the review. Data extraction was performed for the summary of the AI model used, and key findings of each article, advantages and disadvantages were identified.

Phosphors with broadband green emission are highly desirable for the construction of high-color-rendering warm-white light-emitting diode (LED) devices toward healthy solid-state lighting applications. However, most of the reported green phosphors are subject to an undesirable emission bandwidth and low quantum efficiency. Here, a highly efficient broadband green-emitting garnet phosphor, CaLuScAlSiO:Ce (CLSASO:Ce), is successfully synthesized and investigated in detail.
