195 reproductive patients (23-29 years--6.2%, 40-45 years--57.4%) were treated for endometrial carcinoma. Stage I was detected in 64.4%, II--14.9%, III--8.7% and IV--3.1%. Well-differentiated cell adenocarcinoma was 3.1 times as frequent as light-cell, seroso-papillary, moderately-, low- and undifferentiated adenocarcinoma characterized by unfavorable clinical course. Overall 5-year survival was 89.8% (stage I--94.8%, II--78.6%, III-IV--69.7%).
