Background: Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) is a rare autosomal dominant condition. It is rarely seen in pregnancy and even more rarely has uterine manifestations.
Case: A 29-year-old primigravid woman with HHT was noted to have vascular manifestations of her disease in the lower uterus, distal rectum, pelvis, and bladder before pregnancy. Prior to delivery, a case conference was held, involving representatives of the departments of vascular surgery, hematology, radiology, anaesthesiology, maternal-fetal medicine, neonatology, and laboratory medicine, and other appropriate health professionals. A successful elective Caesarean section was performed at term, with a good outcome for both mother and child.
Conclusion: regnancies in women with HHT and associated uterine vascular manifestations have been rarely reported, and published information is minimal. We present a case of a successful operative delivery following careful multidisciplinary antepartum care.

Design: Endometriosis was induced by transplanting uterus fragments from B6CBAF1 mice into recipients of the same strain. The mice were divided into groups: endometriosis (End, n = 24), sham-operated (Sham, n = 12), endometriosis with metformin (0.5mg/ml) orally administered for 3 months (EndMet, n = 21) and sham-operated metformin-treated (ShamMet, n = 16).

Vascularized composite allograft (VCA) transplantation represents a significant advancement in reconstructive surgery and offers hope to individuals who experienced congenital disorders or severe tissue injuries to restore physical appearance, function, and enhance quality of life. VCA recovery introduces complexities to conventional solid organ recovery, and there remain concerns regarding the potential impact of VCA recovery on non-VCA organs for transplant. This report presents the case of a 68-year-old female patient with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) who experienced persistently elevated alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) levels following resection of the primary liver tumor. The patient had previously undergone transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) and liver tumor resection, but postoperative AFP levels continued to rise, suggesting the possibility of extrahepatic metastasis. PET-CT scans revealed an irregular soft tissue mass in the recto-uterine pouch, which was later confirmed as a HCC metastasis through needle biopsy.
