[On reforming of pediatric service].

Results of processing, summarizing and analysis of data of special sociological survey are represented. Questionnaire in combination with sampling interview of workers of management units of okrug medical institutions, chief medical officers and heads of departments in pediatric clinics of City of Moscow was applied. Using megapolis pattern, the need in transformation of functioning of primary pediatric care institutions is validated. Issues of training of district paediatrician on pre-graduate and postgraduate stages are discussed. Specific suggestions related to problems of organization and management of medical and medical social care of children and adolescents are grounded.

Background: Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a serious psychiatric disorder that occurs after an individual has witnessed or experienced a major traumatic event. Emotional contagion seems to play an important role in witnessing trauma, highlighting the importance of understanding the neurobiological consequences of psychological or emotional stress and its impact on the individual's mental health. Following the birth of Black Lives Matter, USA medical students advocated for greater commitment to health equity from their schools. In response to such concerns, in 2015, the Yale School of Medicine formed a committee for diversity, inclusion, and social justice and a committee on lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, and intersex affairs. Based on their efforts, our Educational Policy and Curriculum Committee commissioned a student-faculty-led task force to survey the curriculum and make recommendations toward the creation of a health equity curriculum.

The COVID-19 pandemic resulted in significant disruption in schooling worldwide. Global test score data is used to estimate learning losses by modeling the effect of school closures on achievement by predicting the deviation of the most recent results from a linear trend using data from all rounds of PISA. Mathematics scores declined an average of 14 percent of a standard deviation, roughly equal to seven months of learning.
