The authors describe a case of primary mucinous carcinoma of urachus in 65 years old male. Patient presented with hematuria with suprapubic mass. The patient underwent total cystectomy with en bloc excision of the tumor mass and umbilicus. Histological examination showed features of mucinous carcinoma of urachus. A clinicopathological study and brief review of literature is presented.

Introduction: A pancreatic neuroendocrine tumour (NET) originates from the neuroendocrine cells responsible for producing and releasing hormones. They are uncommon findings, mainly seen arising from the head of the pancreas and their appearances may vary among different imaging modalities.
Case Report: Interesting case of an asymptomatic patient with an incidental finding of a pancreatic lesion and its variable appearances across different modalities and final histology findings.

Cytoreductive surgery and intraoperative, intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemoperfusion (hyperthermic intraperitoneal intraoperative chemotherapy) are commonly used for the management of peritoneal surface metastases. We describe a case of acute embolic infarcts in bilateral cerebellar lobes, cerebral peduncles, thalamus and left parietal lobe cortex in a postmenopausal woman in her 50s diagnosed with bilateral ovarian mucinous adenocarcinoma with peritoneal metastasis under general anaesthesia.

The clinical features, histology, immunophenotype, molecular characteristics and prognosis of 4 cases of metastatic/recurrent renal MTSCC that were submitted to the Peking University Third Hospital (2 cases), Institute of Urology, Peking University (one case) and Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital (one case) from 2015 to 2020 were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed. Horseshoe kidney is a rare congenital anomaly with an unusually higher frequency of neuroendocrine tumors. Symptoms are rare, and, in most of the cases, are incidentally diagnosed. The clinical behavior of these tumors is heterogeneous and can be difficult to predict based on histology alone.
