Introduction Fournier's gangrene (FG) is a rapidly progressing necrotizing fasciitis. The Fournier's Gangrene Severity Index (FGSI), in conjunction with the Charlson Comorbidity Index (CCI), has been used as a mortality predictor during hospitalization. In laser safety eyewear, due to the lack of complete blocking of ultraviolet and infrared rays, we proposed a structure based on one-dimensional multilayer composed of several layers of silicon dioxide and zirconium dioxide materials alternately behind polycarbonate lens. It is find out that the acceptance angle range to the photonic crystal is 0 to 39°. This incident angle range corresponds to the band gap of the photonic crystal.

Microtubule assembly takes place at the centrosome and noncentrosomal microtubule-organizing centers (MTOCs). However, the mechanisms controlling the activity of noncentrosomal MTOCs are poorly understood. Here, using the fission yeast as a model organism, we demonstrate that the kinesin-14 motor Klp2 interacts with the J-domain Hsp70/Ssa1 cochaperone Rsp1, an inhibitory factor of microtubule assembly, and that Klp2 is required for the proper localization of Rsp1 to microtubules.
