Background: Hepatic artery infusion pump (HAIP) chemotherapy is a locoregional treatment for intrahepatic malignancies. HAIPs are surgically implanted, and the catheter tip is typically inserted into a ligated gastroduodenal artery stump. Potential complications at the catheter insertion site include dehiscence, pseudoaneurysm or extravasation, and adjacent hepatic arterial stenosis and thrombosis.

Transfemoral aortic valve replacement (TAVR) is an effective way to treat severe aortic valve stenosis, especially in patients who are high-risk for surgery. Dislocation of an endoluminal aortic bifurcation stent graft during TAVR is an extremely rare complication. We present a case on how management of this complication was successfully done.

Background: Thrombotic material in the non-aneurysmatic and non-atherosclerotic aorta is a rare entity without any recommended standard treatment so far. We present a successful treatment strategy for patients who do not fit into any of the common approaches.
Case Report: A free-floating thrombus in the descending aorta was found as source of embolism in an 82-year-old female patient with lower limb ischemia.
