Background: Fatigue, sleep disorders, and daytime sleepiness are interconnected, posing significant risks to occupational health and workplace safety. However, the literature on their relationships remains fragmented, with notable gaps, particularly concerning working populations. This descriptive cross-sectional study aimed to evaluate sleep quality (SQ), daily sleep time in hours (DST), daytime sleepiness, fatigue levels among employees in an automotive workplace, and their interrelationships.

Physical exercise is a promising intervention to improve brain white matter integrity. In the PAM study, exercise intervention effects on white matter integrity were investigated in breast cancer patients. Chemotherapy-treated breast cancer patients with cognitive problems were randomized 2-4 years post-diagnosis to an exercise (n = 91) or control group (n = 90).

Infertility affects 10-15% of couples worldwide, with male factors accounting for half of cases. Environmental, behavioral, and genetic problems contribute to spermatogenic failure in 30% of idiopathic male infertility cases. Other factors, such as oxidative stress (OS), cause impaired spermatogenesis, abnormal sperm morphology, and reduced motility, eventually triggering male infertility.

Background: Urogenital schistosomiasis is a persistent public health problem in many rural areas of Yemen. Since 2014, epidemiology has not been assessed in Amran governorate, north of Yemen, where is known to be highly endemic. Background Context: Osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF) causes pain, kyphosis and neurological damage, which significantly affect patients' quality of life. Patients with OVCF are often elderly and have severe osteoporosis, which makes preoperative symptom more serious, postoperative recovery worse and the incidence of postoperative complications high. The paraspinal muscles have been well studied in adult spinal deformities, but there is no conclusive evidence that their findings can be applied to OVCF.
