Background: Endoscopic procedures are useful in chronic subdural hematoma especially when there are septations, solid/organized hematoma, and the presence of bridging or neovessels in the cavity. Visualizing the distal hematoma cavity by a rigid scope is challenging in large and curved ones due to the hindrance by the brain surface. Combining rigid endoscopy and brain retractor can overcome this limitation.

Introduction And Importance: A ventriculoperitoneal (VP) shunt is a cerebral shunt used to treat hydrocephalus. This is used to remove the excessive accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid inside the ventricles.
Case Presentation: We are reporting a rare case of complete intracranial migration of a ventriculoperitoneal shunt, a potentially fatal complication, presenting to us with hydrocephalous.

BACKGROUND Sinonasal undifferentiated carcinomas (SNUC) are highly malignant and rare lesions. Therapeutic efforts often provide frustrating results. Their course is characterized by indolent progression, until it culminates in extensive local infiltration of adjacent anatomical structures or cervical lymphadenopathy in approximately one-third of patients upon admission.
