Objective: To systematically assess the current state of speech-language-hearing (SLH) practices in health services addressing vocal care for transgender individuals, aiming to identify key themes and gaps in the existing body of knowledge.
Methods: This scoping review was based on the Joanna Briggs Institute manual and followed the recommendations of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses-Extension for Scoping Reviews. It was registered with the Open Science Framework Open Source 10.

Introduction: Pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) is a complex condition affecting quality of life, characterised by high blood pressure in the pulmonary arteries leading to heart strain. PAH's impact extends beyond physical symptoms, influencing emotional and social well-being, particularly in women where it affects sexual health and pregnancy outcomes. Despite medical advancements, the disease's full impact on women's lives is under-researched, especially regarding sexual experiences and health.

Background: Recognition and response to clinical deterioration of hospitalised patients is a worldwide health priority area. In response to this concern, international bodies have implemented early warning systems to help clinicians keep people safe and prevent patient deterioration. Registered nurses hold a significant role in managing care provision and utilise early warning system tools to support their clinical judgement when making decisions about patient care.

Internationally, the need to have service user involvement (the 'voice' of recovery journeys) as an established and significant feature on the landscape of professional development has been widely discussed in the area of mental health nursing (MHN) education for over a decade. Service user involvement contributes to a different understanding, bringing 'new' ways of knowing in nursing education and potentially new ways of practicing within mental health services. The objective of this co-produced research was to investigate the current local 'state of play' of service user involvement in MHN student education in a regional university in the Republic of Ireland.
