Background: Cutaneous endometriosis is a rare condition.
Case Report: A 37-year-old woman came to our observation 3 years after Cesarean section for a nodule under the scar that became spontaneously painful during menstrual bleeding. Transabdominal ultrasound examination, serum CA125 determination and histopathological analysis of the nodule were performed. Ultrasound revealed the presence of an oval-shaped hypoechogenic neoformation, while the serum CA125 level was slightly increased, and a diagnosis of endometriosis was confirmed by the histopathological analysis of a surgical specimen.
Conclusion: This is an interesting case of surgical scar endometriosis, and the etiopathogenetic mechanism of this location may be explained by a dissemination of endometrial tissue during the Cesarean section.

Introduction: This study explored the effects of four different surgical methods in the treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP).
Methods: In this multicenter retrospective analysis of 359 patients, the surgical indices, the time taken for the serum human chorionic gonadotropin level to return to normal, the recovery time of menstruation, and the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions were comparatively analyzed. The clinical efficacies of various preoperative treatment methods to block the blood supply to CSP tissues and those of four different surgical methods to treat CSP, namely, curettage, hysteroscopic surgery, laparoscopic surgery, and vaginal surgery, were evaluated in this study.

Background: Fast recovery after cesarean section is vital since the mother not only has to take care of herself but also the newborn. Recovery scores are useful tools to measure and compare recovery; however, standardized questionnaires may miss in-depth patient experiences. What is important to women in the postoperative period after cesarean section can vary in different populations, making it crucial to understand the specific needs of one's own population.

Purpose: To investigate the effect of S-100 absorbable hemostatic patch coverage on anastomotic mucosa in endonasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy (En-DCR).
Methods: Two hundred and twenty-six patients with unilateral chronic dacryocystitis (CD) were randomly divided into two groups in a randomized controlled trial: the S-100 absorbable hemostatic patch group (group A) and the control group (group B). All patients underwent En-DCR.

Background: Patients diagnosed with esophageal mucosal bridges often experience symptoms such as chest pain and dysphagia, which pose considerable challenges for endoscopic surgical interventions.
Case Summary: We present a case involving early-stage esophageal cancer discovered in a resting room, notable for the rare manifestation of esophageal mucosal bridging. Following a comprehensive multidisciplinary discussion and the development of a treatment strategy, we proceeded with endoscopic submucosal dissection for the patient.
