We present a case of Acute Angle-Closure Crisis (AACC) precipitated by primary transient psychogenic polydipsia; we believe that our case is the first of its kind to be reported. A 74-year-old male presented to the emergency department with altered mental status due to acute-onset hyponatremia. Six days after admission, the patient noticed painful loss of vision in his right eye and an ipsilateral headache lasting 10-15 minutes.

Objective: Acute unilateral vestibulopathy (AUVP) is quite common in clinical practice, but lesion localization and etiological diagnosis of AUVP remain the current clinical challenges, and have always been the focus for researchers. The study aimed to explore the lesion site and possible etiology of AUVP.
Methods: This study is a retrospective study.

Reverse Hill-Sachs lesions (RHSL) are common complications associated with posterior shoulder dislocations and represent a significant challenge for preserving joint stability and function. If untreated, these compression fractures of the anteromedial humeral head can compromise the integrity of the joint, predisposing patients to recurrent instability and arthropathy. While various treatment modalities exist, achieving an anatomic reduction of the defect while preserving the articular cartilage remains a desirable outcome, particularly in acute settings.

Background And Objectives: Rebound pain (RP), characterised by an acute increase in pain levels, is usually observed after the effects of block anaesthesia have subsided. Severe RP can cause adverse effects, thus affecting patient prognosis. In this study, we investigated the incidence of RP and its risk factors after intercostal nerve block in three-port thoracoscopic surgery to provide a clinical basis for identifying high-risk patients and providing early intervention.

Introduction And Objectives: Pulmonary vein (PV) isolation is one of the cornerstones of rhythm-control therapy for symptomatic atrial fibrillation (AF) patients. Pulsed field ablation (PFA) is a novel ablation modality that involves the application of electrical pulses causing cellular death, and it has preferential tissue specificity. In this study, we aimed to share a one-year single center experience of AF ablation with PFA.
