Ortner's syndrome (cardiovocal syndrome) is the clinical entity of hoarseness due to left recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy caused by cardiovascular disease. Cardiovocal syndrome can be a rare but an important and probably the only major clinical finding of a painless aortic rupture.
