This is a report of three cases Legionella pneumonia; in 7-year-old girl, 4-year-old-girl, 10-year-old boy who were admitted to Paediatric Department during the twelve month. The clinical presentation of this cases ranged from mild respiratory illness to overwhelming involvement with multisystem organ failure. In all three cases were observed prodromal symptoms commonly associated with legionnaires' disease and radiographic or laboratory signs of legionnaires' disease. Initial diagnosis of Legionella pneumonia were made and clarithromycin were initiated. Serologic evaluation of their paired sera showed increasing titers against Legionella (IgM; ELISA test). Follow up chest radiographic examination showed complete resolution of the infiltrate in all three cases.
