We point out the issue of differential diagnosis regarding the finding of ectopically localised thymic tissue (a thymic cyst) in the neck. Thymic tissue can be found anywhere along its developmental tract of descent, from the angle of the mandible to the upper mediastinum. Disruption of the thymic descent can result in ectopically/abnormally localised islets of accessory thymic tissue, which may undergo cystic changes, as described in a case report by Sun .

Background: The role of the epicardial vasculature in supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias was described in clinical studies as well as its treatment by intravascular point ablation or alcohol injection. We report on a case series of patients with different arrhythmias linked to an epicardial site of origin with evidence supporting transmural extensions that were targeted for ablation with successful outcomes.
Methods: The records of patients who has catheter ablation for Supraventricular or Ventricular arrhythmias between 2015 and 2020 was searched for patients with (1) arrhythmias linked to the epicardial vasculature and (2) findings to support an endocardial connection to the epicardial vasculature by activation mapping, pace mapping, or differential pacing, and (3) were successfully ablated via an endocardial approach only.

Introduction: Many Authors already described automatic activity arising from accessory pathways, but the underlying mechanism has not been clarified yet. They may be due to embryogenetic features of myocardium or may be related to specific excitability during radiofrequency ablation.
Case: Our report shows that ventricular accelerated rhythm may transiently arise from the ventricular edge of a common myocardium made accessory pathway right after the ablation.

Aims: Although cryoenergy safety profile is appropriate for the ablation of arrhythmogenic foci near the conduction system, mapping using the cryoablation catheter is of limited precision. Combining the safety of cryoenergy and the high precision of a 3D mapping system therefore appears the most appropriate set-up for ablation in the vicinity of the His bundle.
Methods And Results: A 29-year-old woman with a 3-year history of increasing shortness of breath and palpitations refractory to medical treatment was sent to the electrophysiology (EP) laboratory for catheter ablation.

Introduction & Importance: Ectopic adrenocortical tissue is the presence of accessory adrenal cortex tissue located outside of the adrenal glands. It is a rare, incidental finding during inguinal hernia repair. This case report aims to discuss the anatomy and important patient implications related to this finding.
