Objective: Currently, Ga-labeled somatostatin analogs (SSAs) are the most commonly used imaging agents for patients with neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) in clinical practice, demonstrating good results in tumor diagnosis. For applications in peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT), targeted drugs should have high tumor uptake and prolonged tumor retention time. To enhance the uptake and retention of tracers in NETs, our goal is to design a Ga-labeled heterodimer for optimizing pharmacokinetics and assess whether this form is more efficacious than its monomeric equivalents.

About 50% of all cancers carry a mutation in p53 that impairs its tumor suppressor function. The p53 missense mutation p53 (p53 in mice) is a hotspot mutation in various cancer types. Therefore, monoclonal antibodies selectively targeting clinically relevant mutations like p53 could prove immensely value.

Alzheimer's disease (AD) and non-AD tauopathies are dominant public health issues driven by several factors, especially in the aging population. The discovery of first-generation radiotracers, including [F]FDDNP, [C]PBB3, [F]flortaucipir, and the [F]THK series, for the in vivo detection of tauopathies has marked a significant breakthrough in the fields of neuroscience and radiopharmaceuticals, creating a robust new category of labeled compounds: tau positron emission tomography (PET) tracers. Subsequently, other tau PET tracers with improved binding properties have been developed using various chemical scaffolds to target the three-repeat/four-repeat (3R/4R) tau folds in AD.

Background: The use of lymph node (LN) tracers can help obtain a complete dissection of the LNs and increase the detection rate of metastatic LNs. Carbon nanoparticle suspension injection (CNSI) has become increasingly used in radical gastrectomy procedures. This study is designed to evaluate the quality of LN dissection in gastric cancer patients with laparoscopic distal gastrectomy under the guidance of CNSI lymphography.

Identifying the determinants of pregnancy loss is a critical public health concern. However, pregnancy loss is often not noticed, and even when it is, it is inconsistently recorded. Thus, past studies have been limited to medically-identified losses or small, highly selected cohorts, which can lead to biased or non-generalizable results.
