Brucellosis is a neglected infectious disease caused by animals and is becoming a public health problem in developing countries. There are limited case reports of human brucellosis in Indonesia because the symptoms are not specific. This study investigated the association between serological tests for brucellosis among workers and their knowledge, attitude, and behavior.

The tick-borne encephalitis virus is a pathogen endemic to northern Europe and Asia, transmitted through bites from infected ticks. It is a member of the family and possesses a positive-sense, single-stranded RNA genome encoding a polypeptide that is processed into seven non-structural and three structural proteins, including the envelope (E) protein. The glycosylation of the E protein, involving a single N-linked glycan at position N154, plays a critical role in viral infectivity and pathogenesis.

Caliciviruses are a diverse group of non-enveloped, positive-sense RNA viruses with a wide range of hosts and transmission routes. Norovirus is the most well-known member of the ; the acute gastroenteritis caused by human norovirus (HuNoV), for example, frequently results in closures of hospital wards and schools during the winter months. One area of calicivirus biology that has gained increasing attention over the past decade is the conformational flexibility exhibited by the protruding (P) domains of the major capsid protein VP1.

Flexible thin-film pressure sensors have garnered significant attention due to their applications in industrial inspection and human-computer interactions. However, due to their ultra-thin structure, these sensors often exhibit lower performance, including a narrow pressure response range and low sensitivity, which constrains their further application. The most commonly used microstructure fabrication methods are challenging to apply to ultra-thin functional layers and may compromise the structural stability of the sensors.

Mobility tasks like the Timed Up and Go test (TUG), cognitive TUG (cogTUG), and walking with turns provide insights into the impact of Parkinson's disease (PD) on motor control, balance, and cognitive function. We assess the test-retest reliability of these tasks in 262 PD participants and 50 controls by evaluating machine learning models based on wearable-sensor-derived measures and statistical metrics. This evaluation examines total duration, subtask duration, and other quantitative measures across two trials.
