To analyze the clinical characteristics, treatments, and prognosis of patients with ovarian juvenile granulosa cell tumor (JGCT). Clinical and pathological data, and follow-up information of 34 patients diagnosed with JGCT from 2000 to 2021 were collected from the surveillance, epidemiology, and end results (SEER) database. A retrospective analysis was conducted to summarize the patients' clinical and pathological characteristics, treatments, and prognosis.

To investigate the clinicopathological characteristics of solid, endometrial-like and transitional (SET) cell growth subtype in high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma (HGSC). Clinical data of 25 cases of HGSC-SET were collected from January 2020 to March 2024 at the Affiliated Suzhou Hospital of Nanjing Medical University, and their histological features were analyzed. Immunohistochemical stains were used to analyze the expression of ER, PR, PAX8, WT-1, p16, p53 and Ki-67.

Pelvic venous disorder (PVD) is a common gynecological disorder caused by chronic pelvic venous congestion. Clinically, it primarily manifests as lower abdominal pain, lower back pain, dyspareunia, increased menstrual flow, and increased vaginal discharge, though positive physical signs are few. The gynecological examination may reveal bilateral ovarian tenderness.

Background: Obesity, a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease (CVD), is associated with hypertension and vascular dysfunction. Perivascular adipose tissue (PVAT), a metabolically active tissue surrounding blood vessels, plays a key role in regulating vascular tone. In obesity, PVAT becomes dysregulated which may contribute to vascular dysfunction; how sex impacts the remodelling of PVAT and thus the altered vascular contractility during obesity is unclear.
