Firearm-related scenarios can be highly complex, involving multiple shooters, firearms, types of ammunition, victims, and various impact zones. Obtaining the maximum amount of information to connect each piece of the puzzle is crucial for resolving these cases. Currently, new tools are being developed in the forensic field that facilitate both fieldwork and laboratory analysis, enabling the estimation of trajectories, identification of shooters, and more.

A multi-electrode pentaspline catheter for delivery of PFA guided by fluoroscopy has become widely available for clinical use.
Methods And Results: In this study, we aimed to assess whether the addition of electroanatomical mapping (EAM) for confirmation of PVI in the acute phase can increase the efficacy of the procedure in terms of arrhythmia recurrences.

This chapter describes additions to the DIALS software package for processing serial still-shot crystallographic data, and the implementation of a pipeline, xia2.ssx, for processing and merging serial crystallography data using DIALS programs. To integrate partial still-shot diffraction data, a 3D gaussian profile model was developed that can describe anisotropic spot shapes.

In few-shot fault diagnosis tasks in which the effective label samples are scarce, the existing semi-supervised learning (SSL)-based methods have obtained impressive results. However, in industry, some low-quality label samples are hidden in the collected dataset, which can cause a serious shift in model training and lead to the performance of SSL-based method degradation. To address this issue, the latest prototypical network-based SSL techniques are studied.
