Background: Intrauterine adhesions (IUAs) are a significant clinical challenge, affecting reproductive health and leading to infertility or recurrent pregnancy loss. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying IUA prevention is crucial for developing effective treatment strategies.
Objective: To investigate the interaction between oviductal mucosal cells and endometrial cells and their effects on the expression of key molecules involved in embryo implantation, specifically leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF), avβ3, estrogen receptor (ER), and progesterone receptor (PR).

Background And Purpose: Scientists have been exploring anti-angiogenic strategies to inhibit angiogenesis and prevent tumor growth. Vasculogenic mimicry (VM) in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) poses a challenge, complicating anti-angiogenesis therapy. A novel drug, GN25 (3-[{1,4-dihydro-5,8-dimethoxy-1,4-dioxo-2-naphthalenyl}thio]-propanoic acid), can inhibit tumor formation.

We evaluated the expression profiles of differentially expressed miRNAs (DEmiRNAs) involved in human fetal skin development via high-throughput sequencing to explore the expression difference and the regulatory role of miRNA in different stages of fetal skin development. Analysis of expression profiles of miRNAs involved collecting embryo samples via high-throughput sequencing, then bioinformatics analyses were performed to validate DEmiRNAs. A total of 363 miRNAs were differentially expressed during the early and mid-pregnancy of development, and upregulated DEmiRNAs were mainly concentrated in the let-7 family.

Catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia (CPVT) is a hereditary heart disease characterized by bidirectional or polymorphic ventricular tachycardia and an increased risk of sudden cardiac death. Although trans-2,3-enoyl-CoA reductase like () is a newly reported pathogenic gene leading to CPVT that can influence intracellular calcium regulation, the unidentified mechanism underlying the pathogenesis of TECRL deficiency-mediated CPVT remains mainly elusive. In the present study, knockout (KO) mice were established and the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were investigated by RNA-sequencing from the heart tissues.
