We show here, for the first time, that two neutral polymers may completely associate together in water to spontaneously form supramolecular nanoassemblies (nanogels) of spherical shape. The cohesion of these stable structures of about 200 nm is based upon a "lock and key" mechanism: inclusion complexes are formed between the hydrophobic alkyl chains grafted on a polysaccharide (dextran) and the molecular cavities contained in a poly-cyclodextrin polymer. Production yields reached 95%. It was established that all the alkyl chains were included within the cyclodextrins' cavities in these nanoassemblies. The multivalent character of the interactions between the two polymers ensures the stability of the nanoassemblies. Moreover, empty cyclodextrin units remained accessible for the inclusion of compounds of interest such as benzophenon or tamoxifen.

Purifying methane from natural gas using adsorbents not only requires the adsorbents to possess excellent separation performance but also to overcome additional daunting challenges such as humidity interference and durability requirements for sustainable use. Herein, porous organic crystals of a new macrocycle () with superhydrophobic and self-healing features are prepared and employed for the purification of methane (>99.99% purity) from ternary methane/ethane/propane mixtures under 97% relative humidity.

This study explores the immobilization of lipase from Candida rugosa (CRL) on hemp tea waste to catalyze the esterification of oleic acid with primary aliphatic C2-C12 alcohols. in a solvent-free system. The immobilization method employed was adsorption, chosen for its simplicity, low cost, and ability to preserve enzyme activity.

A novel additive method to boost the Seebeck coefficient of doped conjugated polymers without a significant loss in electrical conductivity is demonstrated. Perovskite (CsPbBr) quantum dots (QDs) passivated by ligands with long alkyl chains are mixed with a conjugated polymer in a solution phase to form polymer-QD blend films. Solution sequential doping of the blend film with AuCl solution not only doped the conjugated polymer but also decomposed the QDs, resulting in a doped conjugated polymer film embedded with separated ions dissociated from the QDs.

The retention behavior in supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) remains a complex and poorly understood phenomenon despite the development of various models to explain retention mechanisms. This study aims to deepen the understanding of retention by investigating three distinct stationary phases: high-strength silica octadecyl (HSS C18 SB), charged surface hybrid pentafluorophenyl (CSH PFP), and porous graphitic carbon (PGC) as a nonsilica-based phase. Three mobile phase compositions, i.

Objective: To evaluate the cost-effectiveness of polatuzumab vedotin-rituximab-cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin and prednisone (pola-R-CHP) in CD20-positive patients with previously untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) in China.
Design: A Markov model was constructed to analyse the cost-effectiveness of two strategies in CD20-positive patients with previously untreated DLBCL over a lifetime horizon: (1) pola-R-CHP and (2) rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisone (R-CHOP). The clinical outcomes were obtained from the POLARIX(NCT03274492), SCHOLAR-1, ZUMA-7(NCT03391466) and TRANSFORM(NCT03575351) trials.
