Accurate detection of abnormal cervical cells in cervical cancer screening increases the chances of timely treatment. The vigorous development of deep learning methods has established a new ecosystem for cervical cancer screening, which has been proven to effectively improve efficiency and accuracy of cell detection in many studies. Although many contributing studies have been conducted, limited public datasets and time-consuming collection efforts may hinder the generalization performance of those advanced models and restrict further research.

Background: Lung cancer is one of the leading causes of death worldwide, with incidence and mortality significantly affected by population ageing and changes in the prevalence of risk factors. Lung nodules, which are often detected incidentally on imaging studies, pose a significant diagnostic challenge as they may indicate both benign and malignant processes. Small cell neuroendocrine cervical carcinoma is a highly aggressive tumor characterized by early metastasis, a high recurrence rate, and poor prognosis. This study represents the first instance of single-cell sequencing conducted on small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the cervix worldwide. Analysis of gene expression regulatory networks revealed that the transcription factor TFF3 drived up-regulation of ELF3.

Objective: The aim of the study is to assess the diagnostic performance of quantitative analysis of diffusion-weighted imaging in assessing treatment response in cervical cancer patients.

Methods: A retrospective analysis was done for 50 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer who received concurrent chemoradiotherapy and underwent magnetic resonance imaging and diffusion-weighted imaging. Treatment response was classified into 4 categories according to RECIST criteria 6 months after therapy completion.
