Fatigue is one of the most prevalent and disabling symptoms among patients with MS, but there is limited research investigating the longitudinal determinants of fatigue progression. This study aims to identify the sociodemographic, behavioral and clinical characteristics, and therapeutic regimens that are correlated with worsening fatigue over time in patients diagnosed with MS. This is a retrospective chart review of 483 patients.

Conventional oxidation pathways typically involve the free diffusion of reactive oxygen species (ROS), which primarily attack the protein surface. Yet, it remains unclear whether and how internal protein folds capable of trapping oxygen (O) contribute to oxidative damage.

Background: This study investigates the effectiveness and safety of aripiprazole oral solution in Chinese patients with schizophrenia.
Methods: This was a multicenter, single-arm phase IV study involving 134 patients in China in the acute stage of schizophrenia from May 2021 to July 2022. The patients received aripiprazole oral solution 10 - 30 mg/d for 12 weeks.
