Pulmonary nodules are the main manifestations of early lung cancer. Non-small cell lung cancer is the most common histological type of lung cancer, and the main histological classification of non-small cell lung cancer is lung adenocarcinoma. The present study aimed to analyze the differentially expressed genes between patients with benign and malignant pulmonary nodules, and to identify potential therapeutic targets for lung adenocarcinoma.

Introduction: Tumoral calcinosis is a rare hereditary condition characterized by the deposition of calcium phosphate and hydroxyapatite in periarticular soft tissues. First described by Giard and Duret in 1898 and later detailed by Inclan in 1943, this condition has often been confused with other forms of periarticular calcification. Tumoral calcinosis predominantly affects young males and is typically found around major joints, such as the shoulder, elbow, hip, ankle, and wrist.

Soybean () is a vital crop that is rich in high-quality protein and edible oil for human nutrition and agriculture. Saline-alkali stress, a severe environmental challenge, significantly limits soybean productivity. In this study, we found that the nodule receptor kinase GmNARK enhances soybean tolerance to alkali stress besides nodulation.
