It has long been recognized that normal healing is dependent on the oxygen gradient in the wound Hypoxia can slow or arrest the healing process and augments the risk of infection. While hypoxia triggers neoangiogenesis, normal tissue oxygen pressures are mandatory for migration of repair cells (macrophages, fibroblasts), production of collagen precursors and, thus, for wound repair with good mechanical properties. Recent studies have identified the underlying molecular mechanisms of wound repair. In clinical practice, hyperbaric oxygen therapy is to treat problem wounds like diabetic foot lesions, arterial ulcers, and radionecrosis. Direct or indirect measurement of oxygen tissue pressure can help to select patients and to monitor treatment outcome.

Objective: To investigate the application value of arthroscopic channel modification in meniscal injury repair.
Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the data of 100 patients with meniscus injuries treated with knee arthroscopy from December 2022 to December 2023 and divided them into a control group and a modified group according to the application of "arthroscopic access modification technology". We compared the operation time, postoperative hospitalization time, VAS score, Lysholm knee function score, postoperative complications, and postoperative images of the patients in these two groups.

Background: Tumor microenvironment (TME) plays a crucial role in tumor growth and metastasis. Exploring biomarkers that are significantly associated with TME can help guide individualized treatment of patients.
Methods: We analyzed the expression and survival of P4HB in pan-cancer through the TCGA database, and verified the protein level of P4HB by the HPA database.

Introduction: Hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) is a current treatment option for peritoneal carcinosis (PC) after cytoreductive surgery (CRS). Genital skin alterations are rare complications reported variously after HIPEC using Mitomycin-C.
Presentation Of Case: A 42-year-old man with a diagnosis of stage IV colorectal cancer underwent CRS and HIPEC using mitomycin-C.

Background: Specific molecular mechanisms by which AURKA promoted LSCC metastasis were still unknown.
Methods: Bioinformatic analysis was performed the relationship between TRIM28 and LSCC. Immunohistochemistry, Co-IP assay, Rt-PCR and Western Blot were used to examine the expression of related molecular.

Keloids are disfiguring proliferative scars, and their pathological mechanisms are still unclear. We have previously established that FoxC1 plays a significant role in rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, but its molecular mechanisms in pathological scar formation remain elusive. In this study, we analyzed keloid tissue characteristics using HE staining and immunohistochemistry, revealing abnormal expression of FoxC1 and Notch3 in keloids.
