Background: Spinal cavernous malformations (CMs) are slow flow venous vascular malformations which can occur in vertebral body, epidural space or intramedullary. Only 7 cases were described confined in foraminal space. Cowden syndrome (CS) is an autosomal dominant genodermatosis that may present and develop vascular malformations, which include CM.

Pseudomyxoma peritonei (PMP) is ideally treated by cytoreductive surgery (CRS) with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC), leading to significant morbidity. Purpose: There is often considerable overlap of imaging findings in benign and malignant peritoneal diseases. We evaluated patients with diffuse peritoneal disease, to assess the diagnostic value of MDCT in predicting benign or malignant etiology in patients with unknown etiology, by analyzing the various patterns of involvement, particularly tuberculosis (TB) vs malignancy.
Methods: One hundred and thirty-six patients with diffuse peritoneal disease who had abdominal CT and subsequently underwent omental biopsies were included in the study.

Objective: During fenestrated endovascular repair (FEVAR), mesenteric vessels may be incorporated with a scallop or fenestration. The benefits/harms of techniques to incorporate the coeliac axis (CA) have not been assessed for their impact on procedural complexity vs. peri-operative and longer term outcomes; this assessment may instruct a balanced operative strategy for the CA and complex FEVAR, minimising adverse intra- or peri-operative events, and maximising durability.
