Background: The optimal treatment of Osteochondral lesion of the talus (OLT) for subchondral bone cysts (SBCs) has not been finalized. The purpose of this systematic review and meta-analysis was to define whether OLT with small SBCs will affect the clinical outcomes of OLTs after arthroscopic microfracture.
Methods: We searched the Embase, Cochrane Library and PubMed databases up to May 13, 2024 for eligible comparative studies.

Design: Cross-sectional study.
Methods: A total of 146 male cerebral palsy footballers classified into FT1 (n=34), FT2 (n=87), and FT3 (n=25), alongside 12 non-impaired athletes as a control group, participated.

Statement Of Problem: Harmony between prostheses and periodontal tissues is essential. The presence of a fixed prosthesis has been reported to increase the risk of periodontal lesion onset in abutment teeth and to affect longevity. However, studies comparing the supragingival plaque biofilm on fixed prostheses and natural teeth are lacking.

Objective: This study aimed to assess the effect of implantation of fresh human amniotic membranes (HAM) on bone consolidation during distraction bone lengthening.
Methods: Ten New Zealand white rabbits were used in this study. For each rabbit, we performed a diaphyseal tibial osteotomy after installing a single-plane distraction external fixator.
