Crohn's disease (CD) is hardly evoked by clinicians but is reportedly associated with liver damage, especially diffuse granulomas and aseptic abscess. The burden of autoimmune diseases is rising worldwide. The expansion of the population of patients eligible for severe asthma biological therapy we are seeing in clinical practice could lead to the simultaneous use of different monoclonal antibodies. We present the case of biological combination therapy with ustekinumab and benralizumab in a patient with ulcerative colitis and severe eosinophilic asthma.

Eosinophilia is a common laboratory finding with a broad differential diagnosis. Eosinophilia can be classified as primary, secondary, or idiopathic hypereosinophilic syndrome (HES). Primary eosinophilia results from a clonal disorder of eosinophils, while secondary eosinophilia is reactive to a variety of underlying conditions, such as allergic diseases, infections, and drug reactions.
