Dr. Marvin Moser of the Yale University School of Medicine, New Haven, CT, moderated the discussion. Participating in the discussion were Dr. Bonita Falkner of the Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, PA; Dr. Michael A. Weber of SUNY Downstate College of Medicine, New York, NY; and Dr. Leonard Mark Keilson of the University of Vermont College of Medicine.
