Texture analysis generates image parameters from F-18 fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography (FDG PET/CT). Although some parameters correlate with tumor biology and clinical attributes, their types and implications can be complex. To overcome this limitation, pseudotime analysis was applied to texture parameters to estimate changes in individual sample characteristics, and the prognostic significance of the estimated pseudotime of primary tumors was evaluated.

Aims: This economic model was developed to assess the budget impact of a novel radiotracer, Flurpiridaz (F-PET-MPI), compared to SPECT-MPI from a US payer perspective.
Materials And Methods: The model was developed comparing F-PET-MPI and SPECT-MPI, with F-PET-MPI modality share increasing from 0.5% to 2.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the clinical efficacy of a virtual reality rehabilitation-based training (VRT) with balance-specific training (BST) and conventional training (CT) on the balance and gross motor functions (GMF) of children with cerebral palsy (CwCP).
Methods: This study was a double blinded, randomized controlled trial. Participants were recruited from different CP rehabilitation centers and clinics and were then randomly allocated using the block randomization method into three groups: (1) group 1 (VRT using a set of Xbox 360 games that triggered balance), (2) group 2 (BST applying a protocol of 13 exercises to enhance balance in different conditions), and (3) control group 3 (CT using traditional physiotherapy techniques).

Background: The modified Duke criteria and transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) are often insufficient to diagnose infective endocarditis in patients with cardiovascular implantable electronic devices (CIEDs). F-18-fluoro-2-deoxy-glucose positron emission tomography (18F-FDG PET/CT) is a promising method for detecting lead endocarditis.
Aims: The study aimed to compare diagnostic performance of 18F-FDG PET/CT and TEE in detecting lead endocarditis (LE).

Purpose: To explore the feasibility of imaging amino-acid transport and PSMA molecular pathways in the detection of metastatic breast invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC) and if there is superior detection compared to standard-of-care imaging [computed tomography (CT)/bone scan, or F-FDG positron-emission-tomography (PET)-CT].
Methods: 20 women with de-novo or suspected metastatic ILC underwent two PET-CT scans with F-fluciclovine and Ga-PSMA-11 on separate days. Uptake per patient and in 3 regions per patient - ipsilateral axillary lymph node (LN), extra-axillary LN (ipsilateral supraclavicular or internal mammary), or distant sites of disease - was compared to standard-of-care imaging (CT/bone scan in 13 patients and F-FDG PET-CT in 7 patients).
