Case Report: A 78-year-old man was referred for evaluation of a limbic lesion in his left eye. This had a gelatinous appearance and an extension of 240 degrees . The lesion was clinically diagnosed to be a conjunctival and corneal intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). Topical treatment with interferon alpha2b (INFalpha2b) four times daily was started and continued until the lesion had completely resolved at 4 months.
Discussion: Topical INFalpha2b alone may be a safe and effective treatment of CIN instead of the other classic alternatives such as surgical excision with cryotherapy, which could induce the development of severe limbic deficiency in cases with extensive disease.

Purpose: To evaluate the efficacy of ultrasound-guided ruthenium (Ru 106) plaque brachytherapy for treatment of exudative retinal detachment in diffuse choroidal haemangioma (DCH).
Methods: Retrospective analysis of four paediatric patients treated with ultrasound-guided Ru 106 plaque brachytherapy for DCH with total exudative retinal detachment directed to the thickest part of the DCH. A dose of 40 Gy to the tumour apex was delivered in all patients.

The present study investigated the concomitant use of TCNs, TCSs, and DARDs with EGFR-TKIs in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and whether these affect patient outcomes.
Methods: We retrospectively collected data from all patients (n=1498) who had purchased for EGFR TKIs (erlotinib, gefitinib, and afatinib) in Finland between 2011-2020.

The journey of bone repair is a lengthy process. Traditionally, oral or topical medications have been employed to facilitate healing, approaches that are not only costly but may also lead to adverse effects such as gastrointestinal damage. With advancements in electrophysiology, the significance of bioelectric activity in tissue repair has become increasingly prominent, thereby enhancing the focus on research into electroacupuncture (EA) for bone repair.
