While academics increasingly point to the value of engaged scholarship, we describe a more extreme form which we label as "deep partnering"-a long-term, holistic, and dynamic collaboration between academics and practitioners to achieve shared goals. Deep partnering involves interdependent and evolving interactions between academics and practitioners over an extended time period. While such relationships enable generative impact on important issues, these relationships remain challenging as academics spend time in the practitioners' complex worlds, surfacing paradoxes due to the partners' conflicting roles, time horizons, and goals, as well as uncertainty in the partnership's evolution.

This study investigates the combined impact of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and Uncertain Motivation (UM) strategies on the argumentative writing performance of Saudi EFL learners, using the Toulmin Model. Sixty Saudi EFL students participated in four writing tasks, with results demonstrating significant improvements in essay quality, particularly in clarity, structure, and depth. AI tools provided real-time feedback, enhancing students' ability to refine claims, data, backing, and counterarguments.

Neoadjuvant Therapy (NT) has become the gold standard for treating locally advanced Breast Cancer (BC). The assessment of pathological response (pR) post-NT plays a crucial role in predicting long-term survival, with Contrast-Enhanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) currently recognised as the preferred imaging modality for its evaluation. Traditional imaging techniques, such as Digital Mammography (DM) and Ultrasonography (US), encounter difficulties in post-NT assessments due to breast density, lesion changes, fibrosis, and molecular patterns.

The clinical presentation is most frequently with bilious vomiting in the first days-weeks of life, which is non-specific and common. Timely imaging investigation is therefore crucial to prevent delays to diagnosis and treatment and avoid unnecessary surgical exploration in infants with non-surgical bilious vomiting.

Since 2012, China has pursued an "ecological civilization" policy to promote green energy, increase environmental protection, and transition to more sustainable growth models. The complicated positive trends in energy consumption, more sustainable economic growth, and ecological management are obscured by China's persistent, significant dependence on fossil fuels, particularly coal. The study aims to analyze how renewable energy use in China affects carbon dioxide emissions and how those impacts change over time, as well as urbanization, industrialization, tourism, and green supply chain management.
