The study allowed establishing imbalance of immune system during orthodontic appliance treatment. It follows in 1, 5 month after fixation of appliance and in the final period of treatment (15 months after fixation of breakers). These can be considered "critical" and it is necessary to make immune-correctional therapy and to prescribe measures of caries prevention.
