Primary malignant lymphoma occurring in the uterine cervix is a rare event. We report a case of primary non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the uterine cervix mimicking leiomyoma. The immunophenotype of the tumor and the differential diagnostic approach to this uncommon malignancy also are presented.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the changes in calcium, phosphorus and some biochemical parameters in dogs with open and closed cervix pyometra, which was then compared with a control group. A total of 62 bitches of age group 5-10 years old irrespective of breed were enrolled into the study. Control group consisted of 22 bitches which were clinically healthy and in luteal phase of the estrus cycle.

Adnexal torsion is a well-recognized gynecologic emergency; however, uterine torsion is less well-known. The majority of uterine torsions occur in gravid uteri; torsion in postmenopausal patients is rare. Purpose: To assess the effects of bladder fullness and lower uterine contractions ultrasound on transabdominal and transvaginal cervical length measurements at the mid-trimester fetal anomaly scan (FAS).
Methods: Transabdominal and transvaginal cervical length measurements from 925 mid-trimester FAS examinations were retrospectively analysed. Images were assessed for lower uterine contraction and bladder fullness using a novel qualitative assessment.
