Introduction: Gastric cancer (GC) burden is currently evolving with regional differences associated with complex behavioural, environmental, and genetic risk factors. HCV core antigen (HCVcAg) represents a promising alternative to the current "gold standard" HCV RNA assays as an active viremia biomarker. Objective: This study aimed to assess postoperative intracranial pressure in patients with clinical and/or radiological features of idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH) undergoing endoscopic endonasal surgery for primary cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leak repair.
Methods: Data was prospectively collected from 9 patients diagnosed with CSF nasal leaks who underwent corrective endonasal surgery between January 1, 2021, and October 31, 2022. Postoperative intracranial pressure was measured via lumbar puncture at least one month after surgery.

Objectives: To examine safety and efficacy of very young patients under the age of six who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) at our institution for the indications of either complicated acute rhinosinusitis (ARS) or chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS).
Methods: Retrospective cohort review of patients under six years old who underwent ESS for sinonasal pathology between 2016 and 2023 at a freestanding pediatric hospital. Age, sex, weight, diagnosis, laterality of disease, medications, types and number of surgical interventions, usage of image guidance, and outcomes were obtained from the medical record.
