Behcet syndrome (BS) is a chronic relapsing multisystem vasculitis with skin findings with an important contribution of genetics. Here, we present a case of a 16-year-old male with a complaint of recurrent genital, and oral ulceration with skin lesions and a history of recurrent thrombophlebitis at the sites of venepuncture. There were no systemic manifestations.

The appearance of antiviral therapy has led to a change in the prognosis and clinical manifestations of patients with human immunodeficiency virus infections and Kaposi's sarcoma. However, there are still countries in which access is inadequate and the disease progresses toward disseminated forms with an unfavorable outcome. We present two patients who presented with skin lesions that progressed for a month, compatible with disseminated Kaposi's sarcoma in the context of HIV.

Lichen planus (LP) is a chronic inflammatory disorder primarily affecting the skin and mucous membranes, characterized by pruritic, violaceous papules often exhibiting a polygonal pattern. This dermatological disorder can affect various sites of the body, including the skin, nails, hair, and mucous membranes out of which the oral mucosa is the most commonly affected. We report a case of a 40-year-old female with a unique combination of cutaneous, nail, and mucosal LP manifestations coexisting with lichen planopilaris and vulvovaginal-gingival syndrome.

Neonatal adrenal hemorrhage is a rare condition with various risk factors in the pediatric population. Adrenal hemorrhage commonly affects the right side in about 70% of the cases and bilateral in about 10%. It is usually asymptomatic but can cause adrenal insufficiency and sudden death.
